Founded in 2016, Ceiba Learning Centre is an learning and development consultancy owned and operated by Latasha Strachan MEd.

Whether we are providing training, coaching or consulting, Ceiba Learning Centre is committed to excellence, professionalism, and high client satisfaction.

Our clients have included private banks, retail companies, NGO’s, major hotels and the gaming sector. Tailoring our services to the highly specific needs of unique businesses and individuals is what we do best.

Latasha is the lead writer/developer, trainer and coach at Ceiba Learning Centre. She earned her Associates of Art in Language and Literature from The College of the Bahamas (now the University of the Bahamas), her Bachelor of Arts in English with a Communications Disorders minor from Florida State University and her Master of Education in Adult Education from the University of New Brunswick.

Latasha is also Train-the-Trainer certified by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training and a Western Seminary certified Transformational Coach.

Her educational and coaching philosophies are both centered on empowerment and authenticity, as she firmly believes that when our most authentic selves are empowered to show up, organizations, communities and nations begin to thrive.
